I contacted this company a couple ears back. The Audiologist was temporary, but I wasn't to know that? I paid just short of £2000 cash for the product he recommended. The hearing aid has been back to the factory a number of times, but again useless. The audiologist I have seen recently is very, very good, but the outcome is; they will contribute towards the audio but I must shell out in the region of £2900. No way am I doing that. I have calls from their regional office in Manchester, but they just talked basically rubbish to me. I could not recommend this company to anyone taking my case into consideration.
