My mother also purchased some hearings aids from Claritas We visited the shop and they made some minor repairs to the hearing aids and conducted an audio test and updated the hearing aid software. All free of charge.
We went to the Finchley branch and overall it looks a professional set up and slightly comforting that they only do hearing aids and nothing else,
