First of all, I have not "recently made a purchase" at Amplifon, but I did have a planned post-sales check-up last week (25 Oct 2013, Amplifon, 30 Wigmore Street, London).
I was very impressed with the new audiologist Nacima, who showed good innovation by adjusting and providing extra modes on one of my hearing aids. So far, these have proved beneficial.
The session was prolonged due to various IT problems, otherwise I would have rated it Very Good.
