The Widex sound is not as natural as the Phonac was but the automatics are more advanced. The Widex peripherals such as Teledex are weak compared to the Phonac.
Overall I wish I had been given more advice before renewing my aid.
Amplifon service is much less personal than that given by the Glasgow Hearing Centre.
