Stan could not have been more helpful and guided us through the whole process of purchasing the van. He put himself out to make sure that everything was checked and that the van was fully roadworthy. We do feel, however, that Stan was let down by the mechanics as we had to return the van immediately because it was emitting clouds of black smoke on acceleration. This was sorted out promptly however by putting in new air and oil filters. Stan is a very enthusiastic member of staff and we had complete confidence in him. The purchase was a pain free experience as far as Stan was concerned and would recommend his service to anyone!!!
