I have mixed feelings about working at Andersen. The company made a good impression on me during the interview process, and it has the potential to take care of its employees. However, there are areas that could be improved to make the work experience more enjoyable and rewarding. Currently, I am working on a project with a large team. While my team members are professional, the workload is heavy, and I have had to sacrifice personal time and work late hours to meet tight deadlines. Although my overall well-being has been negatively affected, I am grateful for the growth and development opportunities provided by Andersen. This makes me optimistic about a positive future with the company.
