As a junior at Andersen, I was thrilled by the lightning-fast speed at which my career progressed! I had so many amazing opportunities to learn, grow, and develop my skills. My colleagues and superiors were incredibly supportive, and I felt encouraged to take on new challenges. During this period, I gained invaluable experience and developed a rock-solid foundation for my career. However, climbing the corporate ladder and taking on more responsibilities made the revision processes increasingly demanding and stressful! The constant back-and-forth with clients and the need to perfect every project took a toll on my mental health and work-life balance. But, I am happy to say that I made the difficult decision to resign from Andersen. I am grateful for the experiences and skills I gained during my time with the company, and I am excited to see what the future holds!
