Terrible customer service. Bought a Dingwall NG 3 Nolly for £2000. three months wait die to out of stock ,no problem. Guitar arrives three months later,not working. Electronics Kaput.
Inside was a quality assured card with all the boxes ticked telling me it was in perfect working order. Obviously someone had just ticked all the boxes and just put the card in the box without checking.
Contacted Andertons about they said they would replace it. I had taken the day off work to play the bass and get it all set up so I asked them if they would set it up for a dropped C tuning. They said they would but it would cost me extra! How about doing it for free as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for sending out a faulty instrument with a card full of lies on it but they refused. So cancelled the order and I'm getting one from Bass direct.
I've spent a lot of money at Andertons and this is how they treat customers when they have messed up. Never again.
