I complained about leaking cap, and they sent me a new shampoo bottle after reviewing the picture. So customer service is great. But if I may make a suggestion of the formula, please improve the scent, both shampoo and conditioner doesn't smell nice. And if possible, instead of using menthol crystal & peppermint oil for cooling effect, you may use eucalyptus oil instead. It won't irritate skin as much. Thank you
