Pleasantly surprised with the experience I had with andSons after trying out one of their supplement subscriptions for the first time! Everything from the consultation process (i.e. calls with doctors to discuss my current health), clear recommendations for the prescriptions I should take, customer service (i.e. direct WhatsApp messages to communicate directly with me - even informed me about the exact phone number that the doctors will be calling from!), and being informed via SMS when the parcel was on its way, and finally being provided with informational resources I can read up on the website itself. The entire journey end-to-end was really impressive, and everything was very clear to me! My only issue was how long it took for me to schedule a consultation appointment with a doctor from andSons - it took about 4 weeks until I could have the call after scheduling an appointment on their website. The packaging and medication itself were also really impressive! Will definitely come back for sure.
