I am a PE and ED person since 10 years ago. This year in January 2022, my ED and PE conditions got worse. At least my little "brother" can have a consistent "slightly longer period with ample hard moments", allowing me to have a " good and quality" time with my partner. In conclusion, this is the result that I want for now!
