1. I got my appointment scheduled and easy follow the step in their website 2. Dr. Harith had explained but I would expect more especially I'm first time user for the products, 3. After purchase then I realised I didn't ask the side effect which gave me great concern then another Dr called to ensure to go through my medical records to ensure if I'm fit to consume the medicine however I can't regret it, because I'd purchased and charged. Overall, good platform and service, perhaps each individual Dr need to spend more details especially to a new client. Brian
