Was asked by the staff via WhatsApp if I wish to purchase by subscription after the call with the doctor with the intention to purchase one box . I asked if 3 months purchase can be paid by Atome . Your staff said yes for the 1st purchase . However during checkout there wasn’t any option to pay by Atome . Hence I feedback the issue to the staff via WhatsApp . He or she apologised and said will get the technical team to rectify the issue and get back to me . But after repeated sms to him or her the issue wasn’t rectified and the last straw was I asked again and this time round no reply from your staff at all . It’s very unprofessional
