The reason is that the doctor said my condition is not suitable for using the PE Complete Care Kit, and I accepted the doctor's advice. However, when making the payment, your company still charged me for the PE Complete Care Kit but did not send the item to me. I sent 5 emails in two consecutive days asking about this issue but have not received any reply from your company. This has been very disappointing for me. I hope my problem can be resolved. You can verify the truth of my statement with your doctors. My request is to refund the excess payment I made or to send me the product that was not shipped. Thank you.
