Prior to starting treatment, customer service (CS) was excellent - they reply fast and was able to answer all my inquiries (AI-aided, it was quite obvious). That gave me confidence to start my hairloss treatment with the platform.
My treatment started with the Hair Loss Foam. Dr consultation was efficient, and the item was delivered within 4 hours - great! However, when the time came to renew my purchase... was when the nightmare begin:
1. CS brought forward my renewal by a week and charged my credit card without my consent.
2. Item was supposed to be delivered on same day within 4 hours. It didn't, despite their website stating the order has been "dispatched". I waited almost 3 days before CS replied me (this was after multiple follow ups via live chat/email), stating the item was out of stock and they expected it to be available by 7 July. Then, deafening silence for almost a week till 9 July - I decided to call it quit, cancelled my subscription and demanded a full refund as part of my follow up. MOH was also informed. On 10 July, CS finally replied and my refund request was approved.
All the 1-star reviews you see here are likely true. Visit andSons's instagram and read the comments of their pinned posts, you'll likely see some negative comments. If you don't, they probably removed it - no worries, see the screenshots I took.. :)
Supplementary, after reading the Glassdoor review of the company (ORA Group) that owns andSons, I can see why. On hindsight, I should have believed the negative reviews before starting treatment.
So, do I recommend andSons? Strong and resounding NO, unless your time is not valuable and you want to lose more hair. There are much better competitors in the market.
