STARTED TO PLAY UP.I TRIED TO GET A NEW RUBBER INSERT BUT WITHIN DAYS A REPLACEMENT HEAD WAS OBTAINED BY RYAN AT NO COST UNDER WARRANTY. SERVICE WAS ONCE AGAIN OUTSTANDING WITH THE TEAM GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMER NEEDS.
