I have a Fernando jacket in black size large. The leather was very supple upon getting the jacket. Overall I am satisfied with my jacket. It wears nice, looks good and is a good weight for mild weather. I went with the recommended sizing up for my jacket and got a large. I normally wear a medium, and do kind of wish I went with my normal size. The large does fit me pretty well. I have room to wear a hoodie underneath for those colder days. Often I will toss on a hoodie underneath for the mornings, then toss that in my pack on the way home and just wear the jacket home. So yes I dig the jacket, and I would buy it again.
