Sure the letterman-style jacket is cute, and well made, but the customer service is the meat and potatoes of this 5-star review. The jacket ran a little smaller than I had wanted, and the exchange portal hit a glitch. I reached out to customer service and had a replacement size within 2 days! They sent me a label, and as soon as the shipping on the one went live - here comes the exchange! Very impressive!
