Using the website was very easy. Received confirmation quickly. I was waiting for an email to stay my item has been dispatched but that never arrived. I paid for delivery but the item wasn’t delivered to my daughter’s address. It’s only because she went to the sorting office to pick up another parcel and she was handed 2 and realised one was from Angel Face. No card was left in her letter box from the delivery company stating they came. We would have never known it was there. That’s very poor service that I paid for. Maybe Ange Face should be looking at who they use to deliver their items.
