Really disappointed that my 8 year old daughter wore a pair of Angel Face shoes that were £45 for one hour for her holy communion when we got home the buckle was faulty and was the opposite way in which it needed to be, then I noticed the stitching also was coming away, I asked for a refund on the item or exchange as these are unsafe for my child to wear I sent photos etc as my daughter can no longer wear them being the buckle is faulty and would not stay on my little girls foot with out the buckle being done up a real waste of money and poor customer service still awaiting a further reply to another email of complaint Again they refused to refund me I’m so disappointed as they were not cheap and you do not expect that to happen for an hour of use.
