I never experienced such poor service in my life. I paid for the Day 2, 5, 8 Covid tests. It is the end of day 4 and not only I have not received them, but they also haven't responded to a single email. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone after spending more than an hour on hold for the 6th time, they told me they ordered a new replacement kit and added a next-day delivery. I didn't receive that one either. How can a company do so badly.
