I am most unsatisfied with this company’s product. I ordered a dress with a size US 4 and what I received back was probably equal to size US zero. I then contacted customer service to ask about returning the dress and possibly reordering a different size. I was told that the dress was “custom made” and returns were not possible. Funny thing is I did not give them any dimensions other than size 4 so how does this fit the definition of custom made? Not only was the dress too small but I found a defect in the dress. I took pictures and sent them once again to customer service with a statement that the dress has a defect and the dress could not be altered. The response I got was less than acceptable. They stated that I could have a new dress made at full price but I was not able to return the original dress for a refund. Also and most disappointing is that they did not acknowledge/remark on the defect that I pointed out. I too would advise any buyer to beware of this company’s business practices. It’s not always best to go for the low priced goods. Better to buy in America and spend a little more!
