They had a catalogue of let downs from the courier company and it delayed my delivery by 2 weeks. But the regular communication & perseverance with Ruth at Anorak made a frustrating situation a lot more tolerable. The end result was I go the product I wanted- it is very good quality and the customer service was excellent. I would just want future customers to bear in mind promised delivery timescales may not be achieved - so don't leave anything to the last minute if you are buying for a present or specific event.
