24 hour answering service that just does lawyers. Smart niche. Imagine someone having to answer for a plumbing service and then the next call is someone seeking a lawyer. Much easier to just handle lawyers. Anyway they are competitively priced and the quality of service is good. Several clients said they did not realize it was an answering service. On occasion a client did not like the answering service but it could be the client is so difficult, not the service. Anyway I am happy with the service and would recommend it especially to small firms like mine.
