Answering legal has been phenomenal. I employed a similar service awhile back and was so disheartened by the experience that we swore off answering services forever. We gave answering legal a shot as they allowed a free trial period, and we were short staffed at the time. They handled all set up, we were up and running that afternoon. We didn't have to do anything. The quality of service was so good, I haven't given it a second thought since the service was implemented. We signed up as soon as our trial period was over. Could not more highly recommend this service.
