I ordered 9 items on the 3/5/2024. One parcel arrived with 2 items. 2nd parcel arrived with one item Jeans which were returned the next day in the same package. Still waiting for the remaining six items after 34 days. Anthropologie help and support is no help. After more than 15 emails phone call and chat they have asked me to send the photo of parcel I have not received and they keep sending me tracking number of the parcel with one item that was delivered and returned saying they were delivered. No one reading the emails properly or investigating properly. On one gas sent me proof of the 6 items being delivered. Only one. Status since the 6/5/24 says processing, ready to go, shipped not delivered. Tracking number of the missing items says waiting carrier pick up. I am not getting anywhere with customer support. Written to head office formal complain. Contacted citizen advisory. Anthropologie have the money and not delivered the items.
