I recently ordered from Anthropologie, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. My parcel arrived damaged with a label from Royal Mail stating: "Found open or damaged and officially secured." When I inspected the parcel, I discovered that four items were missing:

Varley The Relaxed Cuff Joggers – £56.25
Daily Practice by Anthropologie Powder Packed Pants – £71.25
Daily Practice by Anthropologie Racing Sweatpants – £67.50
A total of £231 missing
When I contacted Anthropologie's customer service for help, I provided photos of the damaged parcel, including Royal Mail's label, and detailed the missing items. Shockingly, they refused to take responsibility and instructed me to file a claim with Royal Mail myself. This is both unhelpful and incorrect, as Royal Mail requires the sender (Anthropologie) to file such claims.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, retailers are responsible for ensuring items arrive in good condition. Despite this, Anthropologie has declined to assist in resolving the issue, leaving me without the items I paid for or a refund.
As someone who has shopped with Anthropologie in the past, I expected far better service. This experience has shaken my confidence in their commitment to their customers, and I would hesitate to shop with them again unless they address this issue and improve their policies.
