I have bought many times from antique farmhouse but their customer service is terrible. I bought a Christmas table runner on October 29th. I am aware of the 15 day shipping policy and on I have reached out twice before about where is my order so this time I waited a little extra time knowing that their shipping is horrendous and I honestly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I reach out on Nov 24 to check in on it and they said that it their might be an error in their vendors system but they would check. They never followed up with me. So I reached out and asked again, they said it might be sold out and offered a refund. They should have offered me a refund AND gave me a gift card. I like what they offer and presentation of sales events is great but I would rather find another place to shop and give my money to a company that actually cares about obtaining customers. It’s too much unknown about when you will actually get what you ordered. And by the way it’s 2021, people want what they ordered next day not in 2 weeks or a month of never.
