Something unique just happened. I ordered a wooden rocking horse from Antique Farmhouse. The horse was 40" high and when it arrived its ears had been compromised. I was so disappointed and wrote an email immediately to customer service. Here is the unique part...I heard back from Jen within 24 hours. She was very willing to listen and discuss my dilemma along with viewing pictures I had taken. Again, within hours, I received a reply. I ended up a very happy customer. Jen was unique in that she actually made a difference in my situation. Unique in that I actually had one on one communication and it was in a timely fashion. This is rare in today's world. I am so pleased with the customer service I received. This company offers unique items and unique quality service.
