I purchased a cookie jar from them and after a week emailed to ask them if it had been shipped. They responded that it won’t ship for 15 days after purchase! It also says this on their website. It’s been 13 days as of this writing and still hasn’t shipped. So, if you want you item in a reasonable period of time, I’d try somewhere else. By the time it gets here, I won’t remember what it is. Boy do I hope it’s not broken, that could delay everything through next year!
