I’ve ordered many things from AFH and have been happy with all items. They have a unique and wide array of merchandise. Recently, and for the first time ever, I received the wrong item in my order. I emailed them and advised them of my order number and item and what I was sent instead. A member of their staff (Lori,) responded quickly and explained what had gone wrong. She then worked quickly to remedy the issue. She got the correct item re-ordered, provided me with all the necessary information to track it etc… And she advised I could just keep the incorrect item sent as a gift for the inconvenience of the mishap. All in all I was very pleased with their response! It’s good to know if a mistake does happen, they are attentive and quick to make it right. I will continue to order from AFH. Even more so now.
