If I could give 0 stars I would this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with, I paid for next day delivery and it took them over a week to send out then because I had sorted it from somewhere else at that point I tried to cancel the order before they sent it out, once I got a notification from yodel I called yodel to cancel delivery so the foam was sent straight back and they received it back on the 9/05/2024 it is now the 16/05/2024 and the company is refusing refund because I took it to PayPal, I took it to PayPal after waiting days to actually get my refund and now they are trying to say PayPal refund policy doesn't let the company refund which they do, absolutely disgusting customer service, they even hung the phone up on me when I was stating what PayPals refund policy actually is, avoid at all costs
