I am disabled and the lift broke to the gym making it hard for me to access. Staff continually told me the lift was about to be fixed, so I continued my membership. I was offered one month of free access as compensation. Yet, this went on for over 7 months, so I tried to cancel and explained the situation but was told I'd have to pay another month despite not being able to access the facility. I was threatened with debt collectors if I did not pay. A huge waste of money for me and really dissapointing way for a gym to treat people with disabilities. From reviews others seem to have had similar bad experiences - seems a lack of any moral decency.
