Loved the simple design and ease of setting up. The customer service was excellent! I didn’t realize initially there was a different piece included as an option for the clip so for the first few times using it felt like the backdrop wasn’t as secure. We also had a design with a rectangle, but due to the stretch of the material it was hard to square it out. I’d recommend some design tips for future clients so they can get even more use. We had to zoom in pretty close to cut out the rectangular frame in most of our shots. It also would be helpful to advertise the more packable version of the stand as not being able to send the version we bought was a bummer. Finally, as the company continues to grow i hope there will be options to buy new socks individually for already having the stand!
