I have not worked with a company that focuses this much on customer satisfaction since...ever! I don’t know which I was more impressed with, the service or the product. From design to completion, the members of this family business toiled to make sure my every expectation was met. The communications were sprinkled with humor, and they even threw in some darling videos of my product being made. The product itself is a genius invention; beautiful, portable, and easy to assemble.
