Not worth 1 star the only time I get a reply is wen I put a bad review they emailed me bk saying if I edit my review they will definitely help me the spelling was poor. I payed through PayPal pay in 3 so i started a complaint with them and the replied through them saying they will send me out a battery that i refused as i wouldn't have a clue how to change the battery also it could be the battery charging port as i know the charger is working?? I again edited my review for others to see, again they then emailed my email address saying they will repair my scooter free of charge but looking at 4 wks before its returned in working order? On other reviews some people have sent them bk and never heard anything since there is no phone number etc im so depressed as im left in debt for something that didn't work after it died how are they getting away with this??? i was sure I was ordering of the official site n still its scammers I dont know who to trust 😡
