Very bad company. At first they act nice and helpful with good customer service. Scooter arrived everyone was happy. Til it broke. It broke and the the whole thing snapped. They said I can send it back for a full refund so I did. However after they took my scooter in they said they can’t do a full refund but they can send me a refurbished scooter which I said I’d settle for. Couple weeks past and after emails after emails they finally sent me my refurbished scooter. I was in shock when it came broken and straight away emailed them. I was furious and they said if I send the scooter back they will give me a full refund 100%. I was very confident and when they received my scooter. I have never heard from them again. 6-7 months passed without a word they never answer emails or their calls I keep persistently emailing with no response or communication. They have my money and scooter. Guys I’m warning you please do not buy from this company please don’t.
