I purchased a scooter for Christmas for my daughter she didn't have 10 hours use when the accelerator broke while using it causing her to fall off. I contacted aovopro and sent me a return label I sent it and it got lost in transit it took me two months for thyen to send me a replacement and today I received a already broken one with a return label from someone else who obviously tried to return theirs I cannot recommend this company to anyone at all
