This has been going on as of March. Had a 70mm door and frame installed to then find the frame had been manufactured poorly and the wrap also pealing. New frame ordered and nothing for months, told covid was the issue even though Ireland had been back to work for some time and were delivering new doors etc to new customers?. They then said they needed measurements and after some weeks and hassle I got the rep to call from Birmingham (I am in Bolton) and he took the details and left, nothing heard. I chased again as I had heard nothing and still no communication between Apeer and my supplier? The new frame arrived and it to was poor and even though it took some 4 or 5 months for them to take the measurements they did not even use them and send another poorly finished frame. I would not recommend based not only on poor quality, more so appalling customer service and backup. I worry that the so-called 10-year warranty is not worth the paper. It would Apeer they don't care.
