Was a little disappointed to have to wait 5 to 7 days before items were ready for dispatch but in retrospect it's not a long wait. Express postage allowed me to get my goods pretty much on time. Did notice that some of the gateway fletches weren't consistent with the majority but Alex don't make them so what can you do. Will just go for trueflight from now on. Another order got lost in the void 3wks ago but Wayne did a good of sorting that out and made amends for the error. Thanks Wayne for your help today. Polite and reliable service all be it a tad on the slow side. Considering the world we live in now, we all have to be a little flexible. 👍
