The staff in Brisbane were excellent when assisting me over the phone in making my purchase and as a first-timer, I was very appreciative. The despatch was efficient and I received the goods pretty quickly and all in one package. One small item was missing from the pack and they were then despatched quickly as well. The only downside was the lack of purchase-specific information on how to assemble the item. After going to the website as directed the video session was not specific to my product so difficult to follow. After ringing the Brisbane shop again the staff were very helpful and sent me photos of how the setup should look for my purchase specifically - my recommendation is that the company ensure product-specific instructions on how to assemble and use are sent with the product and that the video links are properly related to the actual item - this is particularly important for newbies!! Thanks to the staff who persevered and assisted me - without them it would have been a different story?
