HI, I love my bow but I did find the process of getting it a bit annoying. I rang before I ordered and the person told me that particular bow would take 7 days. When it hadn't arrived by 14 days I rang, to be told that it would take 3 to 6 months! However apparently there were other colours available in 7 days. So the nice person changed my order and I got the bow.
However I think if an order is going to take that long, that you should ring or email the customer and tell them what's happening. A bit of proactive customer support would be appreciated.
