The supplier's 7-Day Handling Time turned into a 14-Day Handling Time (with no update from the supplier) and when the items arrived finally, it was missing the string.
In saying that, the communication was excellent, and a string was provided quickly enough, free of charge.
Overall I would say this was an average experience.
