I first visited Sophie in order to see whether I would be able to reduce the amount of fat on my flanks. Although I'm not overweight, I have always had persistent fat in the love handle area - not a huge amount, but enough to make me self-conscious. As a man in his 40s, this issue was not getting any better, and diet was not realistically going to remove these persistent pockets of fat. I have now had 4 sessions with Sophie and I'm happy to say that the results have been really significant - complemented by losing about a stone at the same time. I would strongly recommend the technology to anyone who wants to target specific problem areas especially if, like me, you are on a diet and relatively near your ideal weight.
