Zerelda was very helpful, attentive and communicative. My documents took longer than the estimated time-period, although the delay was a result of DIRCO closing their offices temporarily, not attributable to apostil's service. If I had to get documents apostilled again, I would use apostil. I think more frequent updates on the status of my documents would have been helpful.
