We applied for a document at Home Affairs through Apostil and although it was late according to their time promise, it was clear the issues were at Home Affairs and not with them. So while I cannot give 5 stars, the service and feedback was very good and we are happy we waited a little extra. We are so happy to have our document and we know how horrible flying to SA would have been. Thank you for your advice, efficiency and patience!
