I was supposed to receive delivery in the morning, waited till noon and got told to call the courier, found the missing delivery truck that decided to change their delivery schedule without telling anyone, when it arrived I only received half my order and no other correspondence. Have attempted to contact customer service three times to try and cancel and ask for a refund for the tv that apparently had not been ordered yet for dispatch, and then was damaged in transit? I'm still yet to hear anything back about this.
