My complaint is in regard to the delivery of my television . I realise you use a courier but I am very upset about how my 55 cm tv was left. I received an email to say it was on transit but no text or call to confirm a delivery window. I had to go out for a couple of hours and when I arrived home there was my new tv- standing up on my verandah to be seen by anyone walking or driving past. This is surely not an appropriate way to deliver an expensive item- no signature required, no taking it to post office if no one is home ( which is what the email had said).
Very unhappy!
