Very bad communication within company and with customer. I was told on 3 different days my item will be delivered. 1st attempt they made a mistake advising that delivery will be made and didn’t bother advising that in fact it won’t be made. 2nd attempt the truck came, but they forgot to load the dryer. I was then told by the driver he will bring it in the morning the next day, but no delivery . When I contacted the company to see where it was they had no idea and promised a call back, which was never actually made. After 3 attempts still no dryer. 0 stars if I could choose.
