Not very happy with the services provided. I ordered a LG microwave and was sent a tracking no. Immediately.. for 3 days there was no update and I called them and was told this was out of stock and the last item in the warehouse was damaged and then they have re order it and will take 2 weeks. Or I get a new model, I paid the difference and was told it will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday. Nothing till now Thursday 7th July. When I bought my fridge last year, I had the same response, last item was damaged was re ordered.. but somehow they got it from a different store and sent it. I am not very happy with this as I needed a microwave urgently..I could have gone into binglee and asked them to price match and picked it up myself, but chose to get it delivery because of my busy schedule. I will have 2nd thoughts of going back to them again.
